SMS & Text Message Policy

ZENNA uses SMS text messaging for one-to-one conversational communications between you and your Nex AI companion, as well as transactional notifications related to your ZENNA account. When your Nex companion initiates or responds to a conversation, you may receive SMS text messages from our toll-free number +1 (866) 578-6344 including:

• conversational replies from your Nex AI companion;
• account verification codes (two-factor authentication, 2FA);
• service status alerts;
• task and calendar reminders; and
• account security alerts.

We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or survey messages from this number.

Your Nex AI companion may send you an initial SMS text message from +1 (866) 578-6344 in connection with your ZENNA account or a conversation initiated through the Nex platform. That first message will identify ZENNA and include opt-out instructions. By replying to that message or continuing the conversation, you consent to receive further SMS text messages from your Nex companion.

You may also opt in by texting START or YES to +1 (866) 578-6344. If you provided your mobile phone number within the ZENNA Nex companion app at nex.zna.world and confirmed it via verification code, that also constitutes opt-in consent.

Opting in to text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using ZENNA. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, including in response to the very first message you receive.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have enabled within your Nex companion. You control which notifications are sent.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Anthony West Inc. is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by emailing privacy@zna.world with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and the phone number you wish to remove.

If you previously opted out and wish to receive text messages again, reply START or YES to +1 (866) 578-6344. You may also re-enroll within the ZENNA Nex app at nex.zna.world.

SMS services are supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. Anthony West Inc. does not guarantee message delivery on all carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through our SMS program are used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Phone numbers are encrypted at rest and masked in system logs.

Your phone number is yours. We store it encrypted, we never sell it, and you can revoke consent at any time with a single word. This is consistent with ZENNA's commitment to user sovereignty and minimal data collection.
